COMBINING DOCUMENTARY AND EDITORIAL STYLES WITH MINIMAL POSING
If asked about my photographic style, I would say that I shoot with a documentary approach, but compose, and present my frames in a editorial style for a natural and timeless quality.
Your photos should feel as fresh and emotional on your 25th anniversary as they did the moment they were captured. So I don’t follow photography trends that become dated and make you cringe when the trend has passed. I want your photos to have a look and feel that never goes out of style.
Along with quietly documenting the moments, I’ll make time for creative, yet natural and sincere portraits. These sessions are short and relaxed—about 15 minutes to step away from the crowd for some intimate, stunning couple shots. With minimal posing and expert guidance, I’ll ensure you both look your absolute best, without sacrificing comfort or spontaneity.
If the weather allows, we’ll take advantage of the golden hour for breathtaking sunset portraits—timeless fine art images that will become a treasured of memory of starting your new life together.

EXPERIENCED CAMBRIDGE PHOTOGRAPHER
I’ve always considered Cambridge to be my home, I was born on Mill Road and lived in Cambridge for 15 years as a young adult.
I’ve had the privilege of capturing weddings in this beautiful city and the surrounding areas for several years. With over 150 weddings photographed, many of them in Cambridge, I know the city inside out.
Although I am a Cambridge based photographer, I do shoot weddings further afield.
Whether you’re planning a local celebration or a destination wedding, I’ll be there to document your day with creativity and passion.
CAMBRIDGE IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, VISIT AND PHOTOGRAPH
Be it the stunning University college grounds, to the serene River Cam, the picturesque midsummer common or Grantchester meadows, Cambridge provides an inspiring backdrop for an photoshoot. I’ve also been lucky enough to photograph many couples engagement shoots with punting on the Cam or along the backs with views the Kings College chapel.
Steeped in hundreds of years of rich history, stunning medieval architecture and famed for the world leading university, Cambridge manages to be both traditional progressive at the same time. If you’re new to the city or just visiting it’s a great place to explore as well as to photograph.
Cambridge is world famous for the university which dominates the whole vibe of the city. Wherever you walk in the city centre you’re surrounded by the stunning architecture of the colleges. King’s College’s iconic chapel (famed for the 9 lessons and carols at Christmas), The Bridge of Sighs in the grounds of St John’s College or the quadrant of Trinity College known for it’s Chariots of Fire race are all notable.
The City centre also features Great St Mary’s Church with amazing views across the city and fens beyond from the top of the tower or the 12th century Round Church on Bridge Street, while shoppers have a wealth of choice with The Grand Arcade being a highlight along with the regular market in the market square.
Nature lovers can enjoy one of Cambridge’s green open spaces. Midsummer common sits on the banks of the river cam, known for it’s roaming cattle in the spring and the Strawberry Fair every June. Jesus Green is a great place to chill out on a warm summer’s day, hosting tennis courts, tree lined avenues and a lido it’s a wonderful place to hang out with friends for a picnic. The most central green space is Parker’s Piece in the heart of the city which is the birthplace of the rules of football.

One of the most rewarding aspects of being a wedding photographer is the opportunity to work in diverse and breathtaking locations. I’ve travelled across the UK—from most of East Anglia to London, the New Forest, and the West Country and I’ve also had the honour of photographing weddings abroad in stunning places like Tuscany and Mykonos. No matter where your wedding takes you, I would love to be there to capture it with artistry and heart.
